1962 dated, Vietnam Conflict period, US Air Force Utility Shirt belonging to
Airman 1st Class William W. Newell, serving in the Air Force Special Weapons Center
This utility shirt is dated 1962 and is of the Vietnam Conflict period. It is a US Air Force "Shirt, Man's, Cotton Santeen,
OG-107, Type 1". This utility shirt belonged to a Airman 1st Class named: "William W. Newell" as is evidenced by his
cloth name tape sewn on his right breast, and by his cloth rank stripe insignia found sewn on each sleeve. Newell served
in the Air Force Special Weapons Center as is evidenced by the cloth patch found sewn on his right breast pocket. This utility
shirt is in excellent condition. It includes Newell's 1964 dated trousers, which unfortunately are badly paint stained.
This jacket is quite fairly priced as the Air Force Special Weapons Center patch is almost worth the full asking price.
