This uniform is of the post 1981 period. It is a US Army, "Coat, Woman's, Poly/Wool SErge, AG-44". This uniform belonged
to a WAC, woman, Sergeant, serving in the Signal Corps. This grouping is in EXCELLENT PLUS condition throughout.
Sewn to the top of the left sleeve is a shield shaped cloth patch which is for a post 1990 period, Allied Command Europe -
US Army Element (SHAPE/NATO) Wac woman. Each epaulette has a distinctive insignia pin for post October 1988
service in the Allied Forces Southern Europe. This Sergeant has been awarded an amazing 8 awards. They are from the top to
the bottom, and from the left side to the right side as follows: the "Army Commendation Medal with 4 Bronze Oak Leaf
Clusters", medal ribbons 2 through 8 are missing. This uniform grouping also comes with a post 1985 dated pair of
slacks, a pair of commercially made pair of pantyhose stockings, a correct style shirt, a 1987 dated, "Cap, Garrison,
Army, Women's".
