Model 1919, Soviet Army, summer weight, khaki color, pull-over style uniform, for a Platoon Leader Machine Gunner, serving in the 3rd Regiment of the Cavalry Forces

This Soviet Army uniform is dated 1920 and was worn from 1919 to about 1924

It is a model 1919, Soviet Army, pull-over style uniform called a: "GYMNASTIORKA"

It belonged to a Soviet 3rd Cavalry Regiment Platoon Leader, who was a Machine Gunner, as indicated by the blue rank insignia sewn to his lower left sleeve, and the pins found mounted on his collar insignia

This period of a Cavalry Forces uniform is quite rare today
