GIFT SHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following are the terms and conditions to purchase items from this web site.

All purchases shipped within the State of Virginia will have a 5% sales tax charge added to the order.

All orders will have a $5.00 handling charge added.

International orders accepted, but will only ship USPS (cheapest method). If insurance is wanted by the buyer, the buyer will need to include that in the email for shipping cost otherwise insurance will not be included. For those US Addresses that require Air Frieght, please call museum for additional shipping charge.

Appropriate shipping charges will also be added to the order. All orders are shipped UPS insured, unless otherwise stated.

If shipment is received damaged, please call attention to the damage with the UPS driver. If items ordered are damaged in shipping, save all packaging materials, and take damaged item (s) along with all packaging materials to your local UPS service center. The Museum will not accept or authorize returns due to shipping damage.

Merchandise is sold as an antique/collectible. They are no sold for wear and sizes maybe listed in the item has a tag in it. If there is not tag size measurements will not be given as we can no guarantee that the item will fit. No refunds will be accepted for any militaria item on this site including but not limited to not fitting properly. However, if you have any questions reguarding an item please email or call before purchasing.

No COD's or layaways are accepted.

The Museum accepts checks, VISA & Mastercard and Paypal only !

If paying by paypal an additional paypal fee will be added to your order.

Checks will require a 10 day grace period to clear. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $50.00 return check fee.

The Museum reserves the right to add, delete or change any of the above terms and conditions.
